After having accomplished successfully a 3 year chef apprenticeship with “Westin” group, Enrico has over 15 years strong experience and background in the International Hospitality sector. Working in countries such as Switzerland, UAE, and Thailand for well established companies and reached the position of Executive Sous Chef been responsible for 190 employees. Enrico holds a diploma of a Intermediate certification course in “food hygiene and safety‟ by the Royal Institute of Public health (UK) as well as has won several international cooking challenges awarded with gold medals and diplomas. Enrico has completed a one year top-up BA program in Hospitality Management at Middlesex University London and is now the Owner of the “TIMELESS Events Management ” Company
